Thanks to Jack Oxley and the team at Oxley Asphalte Roofing Services, a brand new childrens’ roadway has been installed at Woodingdean Central Park in Brighton.

Due to its longevity, waterproofing reliability and suitability for heritage projects, mastic asphalt is often selected as the ideal roof refurbishment system for listed buildings where it is crucial to retain the character of the building or structure in question.

Following a record number of entries into the 2025 NFRC UK Roofing Awards, we are delighted to announce the four finalists shortlisted in the mastic asphalt category sponsored by the Mastic Asphalt Council.

Mastic asphalt has been used for the sympathetic restoration of a 130-year-old Grade I listed building in Lancashire to ensure its preservation for future generations.
