Logo for forum postsDo you have views on recruitment, employee retention, or skills in the roofing and cladding supply chain? Are you finding it harder or easier to bring in and keep the right people, or have you given up entirely?

The Mastic Asphalt Council has partnered with the NFRC to provide an open forum regarding recruitment and employment.

Join an AI-powered Skills Forum on Thursday 25 September (14:00–15:00) to share your experiences, exchange ideas, and shape an industry-wide Action Plan to tackle one of our biggest challenges – the workforce crisis.

You’ll have the chance to:

  • Capture anonymous experiences on employee recruitment and retention
  • Share best practices
  • Help design an industry Action Plan for skills and apprentices

Your voice matters. Register today at https://app.natter.co/event-public/1273990

What is Natter?

For this forum, Natter will be used – an AI-powered conversational intelligence tool that connects participants in video conversations, anonymously captures perspectives, and intelligently analyses the responses.

The collective wisdom of all participants will be captured, and the insights and results will be shared with all those who participated, to help drive learning and mutual understanding.

How to Participate

Natter can be accessed on a computer or mobile and requires no apps or software, but we strongly recommend using a computer for best results. If you’re joining from a highly secure environment and want to test your firewall or any other settings, you can use Natter’s 2-minute Tech Check here.

To participate, simply:

  1. Click on the Natter URL Link and register for an account. You can do this ahead of time, to save time on the day.
  2. Test your Camera and Mic and when requested, ensure you give Natter access to your camera and microphone. Make sure you test these settings as you join to ensure you can be seen and heard.

If you have any technical queries ahead of the day, email Natter Support for guidance (team@natter.co)

We hope you can join us and look forward to hearing your thoughts and building a stronger future for roofing and cladding, together.
